What to Expect on Your First Visit
We are excited you are considering us for your care or that of someone you love.

New patients should expect to be in our office for approximately 30 – 40 minutes on their first visit. On arriving in our office, our chiropractic assistants will invite you to complete a short intake form prior to meeting the doctor. Our clinic is recognized for our thoroughness and close attention to detail. You will then be taken to a private area where you will meet and discuss your concerns with one of our doctors. The doctor will ask you detailed questions to understand the extent that your symptoms or pain influence your life. As many different factors can lead to symptoms and pain, the first step is to determine the underlying cause of your problem. Something else to keep in mind: Only a chiropractor can tell you if it’s a chiropractic problem.
The doctor will then recommend the next steps to be followed. This may involve requesting MRI’s or other tests that have been carried out in the past. Other additional test or x-rays may be ordered. If indicated, this will be followed with a meticulous targeted nerve, muscle and orthopedic examination to pinpoint the exact underlying cause of your pain or symptoms. Our clinic is equipped with the latest cutting-edge state of the art tools such as Sigma Computerized Spinal Assessment that provides additional information that supplements x-rays, MRI’s or other test findings. After a thorough evaluation and diagnosis, the doctor will then be able to advise if we can help your condition. If your condition is one that can’t be helped we’ll let you know that as well.
